Drabble Requests!
So I'm having one of my 'really bored and really feel like writing' moments (you'll find those happen periodically). So I'm putting this up here so that people can request some drabbles.
How to request!
Give me a character(s) or pairing(s) and then pick a number between 1-124. This will bring up a song on one of my playlists and then I will try to write a drabble within the time frame of that song, hopefully inspired by it! If you want you can also toss in a prompt to get my juices flowing.
Please do note though since I might not be familiar with your characters it might be a little difficult for me to write. Please keep that in mind! <3

"Just now. Through the window."
She supposed she should have figured. She turned her eyes with slight exasperation, slight fondness to the figure now seated at the table. Winry sighed, but when she turned away there was a tiny smile on her lips.
"You do realize I've told you just about everything I can about the stone, right? You're not going to find much more information from me." It had been about two months ago that Winry had found Ling out on the streets of Melior's slums and fed him. When she learned that he had been sent her way by her friends the Elrics she had felt she ought to help him. Ironically he had helped her more than she had helped him--sometimes she wondered if he knew that.
"Mmn. But Miss Winry knows a lot about mana crystals, doesn't she? They say she's only of the leading experts in magitech. Surely there is more she can teach me, I do believe she is holding out."
Winry rolled her eyes and set a plate in front of Ling. This had become a bit of a game between them so by now she prepared for two even if she wasn't sure he was coming "And I think you're just making excuses to eat me out of my home." Not that this run-down hovel was really much of a home but...
She ran her hands under the sink's water and grabs a small towel to dry them.
"See? Now if you would just say yes we wouldn't have this problem since it's be both our homes."
She tossed the wet and dirty towel at his face.
Well at least it hadn't been the wrench this time.

True love would never bring harm to anyone, never, ever.
Then she met Matt.
For all her gift with words Rise was sure nothing could ever convey what she felt for Matt. For so long the sight of him, or even the thought of him would make her so happy. Her lack of confidence, that sensation of artificiality, and that deep loneliness that she still felt even after confronting her Shadow would just dissipate as if it never existed to begin with. She felt like she could depend on Matt, but even more than that, he made her feel as if she could depend on herself.
Then one day the thought had come, suddenly and clearly. It had never been a surprise to her that she had fallen for Matt, but she hadn't truly understood what that meant. Matt was a country, he would live far longer than her, and one day they would all return to their own worlds; but more than that he was above her. Where she had just hidden and let her life be ruled by her fears and others, Matt had withstood them with a smile.
His fears and problems, so similar to hers, but so infinitely more severe. She was weak, he was strong, and he deserved better.
So she kept quiet about her feelings, and continued to talk with him with a smile on her face and a laugh on her lips, but whenever they would part she always wondered if it was for the last time.
And she felt lonelier, now more than ever.
But it was okay, because even if only for a short time, she would have him in her life.

Or at the very least he was pretty good at acting it, she amusingly wondered if he regretted suggesting she try to start up her own fashion here in Death City. It hadn't gotten off, she and Kanji were still trying to come up with enough to actually get a sale going but it was harder than she had anticipated.
"Ah. Something is still wrong but we can deal with it later." she nodded and watched him return to the changing room to get back into something more comfortable. When he returned she latched onto his arm as usual and they made their way out.
"Thanks for your help, Senpai! I really, really appreciate it."
He gave her a small smile and nod.
It was another hot day outside and Rise couldn't help but toss the leering sun a slightly resentful look "I still haven't gotten use to that. It's so creepy."
Souji glanced up as well, calm as ever in the face of a living sun breathing heavily and looking down upon the world.
"Now Rise, you know it isn't good to judge by appearances. He can be quite charming sometimes."
Rise had to take a moment to process that.
Yet another thing she hadn't gotten quite use to--Souji was still full of all sorts of surprises.
